The Cisco Catalyst3850-24E Dubai is a stackable switch designed for enterprise-level use, featuring 24 SFP ports within the IP service feature set. With the WS-C3850-24S-E model, it delivers advanced layer 2-4 switching capabilities, making it an optimal solution for both access and aggregation layers.

This switch, tailored for the convergence of wired and wireless access, is equipped with the Cisco Unified Access Data™ Plane (UADP) Application-Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC). This ASIC empowers the switch, ensuring uniform enforcement of wired-wireless policies, application visibility, flexibility, and application optimization. The robust Cisco StackWise-480 technology forms the foundation of this convergence, providing resilience and improved performance.

In addition, the Cisco Catalyst3850-24E supports IEEE 802.3at Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+), Cisco Universal Power Over Ethernet (Cisco UPOE), modular and field-replaceable network modules, RJ-45 and fiber-based downlink interfaces, as well as redundant fans and power supplies.
