The Cisco ISR2911 Dubai, equipped with a voice module, is specifically designed for medium-sized branches. Within the Cisco 2900 Series ISRs, there is an enhanced level of services integration encompassing voice, video, security, wireless, mobility, and data services. This integration facilitates increased efficiencies and cost savings.

Each ISR G2 is pre-installed with a single Cisco IOS® Software Universal image, encompassing all Cisco IOS technology sets. These sets can be activated through software licenses, enabling swift deployment of advanced features without the need to download a new IOS image. Moreover, a larger default memory is provided to support these new capabilities.

The Cisco Services Ready Engine (SRE) introduces a novel operational model, reducing capital expenditures (CapEx) and allowing the deployment of various application services on a single integrated compute services module as needed. In high-speed WAN environments, the Cisco 2900 Series supports concurrent services at speeds of up to 75 Mbps.
