The Cisco Nexus9364C Dubai Spine Switch is a 2-Rack-Unit (2RU) backbone switch designed to deliver 12.84 Tbps of bandwidth and 4.3 bpps across its 64 fixed 40/100G QSFP28 ports and 2 fixed 1/10G SFP+ ports. Powered by Cisco® Cloud Scale technology, this platform supports cost-effective, ultra-high-density cloud-scale deployments, accommodating an increased number of endpoints and cloud services while ensuring wire-rate security and telemetry. Constructed with a modern system architecture, the Cisco Nexus9364C Dubai is engineered to provide high performance, meeting the dynamic requirements of highly scalable data centers and expanding enterprises.
This switch is tailored to support cutting-edge technologies, including Media Access Control Security (MACsec), Virtual Extensible LAN (VXLAN), tunnel endpoint VTEP-to-VTEP overlay encryption, CloudSec, and Streaming Statistics Export (SSX). MACsec, a security technology, enables traffic encryption at the physical layer, ensuring secure server, border leaf, and leaf-to-spine connectivity. SSX, a hardware-based feature, involves a module that extracts statistics from the ASIC and transmits them to a remote server for analysis, allowing users to gain insights into network performance without impacting the switch control plane or CPU.
