The Fanvil C400 Dubai IP Video Phone is an Android-based VoIP phone that supports up to 6 SIP accounts and features a 7-inch color touch screen. This model includes dual Gigabit Ethernet ports, providing a seamless and enhanced user experience through its intuitive interface. The C400 IP Video Phone offers advanced call functionalities, such as intercom/intercom barge, voice recording during calls, and a BLF list.

The Fanvil C400 Dubai is compatible with major software platforms, including 3CX, Asterisk, Elastix, Broadsoft, and Zycoo. It incorporates innovative operational concepts aimed at expanding the deployment of IP phones. The C400 IP Phone is equipped with the latest Freescale Core Quad solutions, a 7-inch capacitive multi-touch screen, a video camera (C600), and runs on the Android 4.2 platform. Unlike traditional IP phones, this desktop phone offers a One-Touch Call Function for convenience.

The dial plan is a crucial tool for users, enabling easy deletion, prefix code addition for different carriers, and straightforward call processing. Fanvil enhances this functionality with Agit mapping and group parameter configuration, allowing users to handle calls without altering their usual dialing methods. Fanvil Dubai is also planning to introduce a cloud service for online phone software upgrades, data provisioning, and specific DSS key assignments and dial plans across different phone groups. Before this cloud service, Fanvil is launching a Windows-based auto-provisioning system for parameters and data.
