The Grandstream GXV3350 Dubai IP Video Phone with Android combines a 16-line IP video phone with a multi-platform video collaboration solution and the functionality of an Android tablet, offering an all-in-one communications solution. This device features a 5-inch capacitive touch screen, a tiltable camera, HDMI output, dual microphones, and supports 720p HD video. It also includes dual Gigabit ports with PoE/PoE+, integrated Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth support. Running on Android 7.0, it provides instant access to hundreds of thousands of Android apps. The GXV3350 is designed to be a powerful desktop communication and productivity tool for businesses worldwide, combining a state-of-the-art IP video phone, advanced video collaboration, and Android tablet functionality.

The GXV3350’s built-in camera supports taking pictures and recording videos, and can be used for SIP video calls or video calls via third-party applications, offering 1-megapixel quality. The camera’s angle is adjustable, and it can be blocked using a wheel on the back. The 5-inch color screen boasts a 1280×720 resolution and a 5-point capacitive touch interface. The phone supports the GBX20 LCD reception module for busy management users and receptions, configurable via the GXV3350’s web GUI.

The USB port on the Grandstream GXV3350 Dubai IP Phone allows connection of USB devices, such as flash drives for saving pictures. It also has an HDMI port for connecting LED/LCD screens, enhancing video call experiences. The GXV3350 supports up to 16 independent SIP accounts, each with separate SIP servers, usernames, and NAT configurations.

The status bar at the top of the GXV3350 screen provides visual notifications for system settings and status, along with quick access to important settings. The message waiting indicator LED, located at the upper right corner, notifies users of messages and phone status. The phone supports call recording with files saved according to the recorder setup. Users can switch between handset, speaker, or headset (RJ9 headset, Plantronics EHS headset, and Bluetooth headset) during calls, with automatic switching to Bluetooth if connected.

The Grandstream GXV3350 Dubai IP Phone supports traditional and advanced telephony features such as caller ID, caller ID with name, call waiting, call forwarding, and more. It includes an “Auto Conference” feature for quick and easy conference call setup, supporting local and LDAP contacts with storage for up to 1,000 entries. Contacts can be imported from HTTP/TFTP servers or external storage, and exported to external storage. The phonebook supports “vcard” and “xml” formats for easy import and export.
