The Poly Edge E400 Dubai is an 8-line IP desk phone crafted specifically for enterprise professionals working in office environments. The Poly Edge E400 Dubai is equipped with 8-line keys displayed on the main screen (supporting a total of 32 lines) and an additional 6-line keys on the second display (supporting 12 lines), resulting in a total of 44 line/contact keys. Additionally, the Poly Edge E400 Dubai is compatible with the Poly E Expansion Module, providing an extra 66 line keys (note: the expansion module cannot be daisy-chained on the Poly Edge E400/E450).

Among its notable features are a 3.5-inch color display with a resolution of 320 x 240, Poly HD Voice, Poly Acoustic Clarity, and Poly NoiseBlock AI technologies. The Poly Edge E400 Dubai is also equipped with a single USB-C port that serves dual purposes—supporting media and storage applications while also serving as a connection point for wired USB-C headsets.
